1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Learn website, enrolling in a training programme, or engaging with any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Services Offered
Learn provides accredited and non-accredited training programmes, including online courses, learnership facilitation, skills development support, and related consulting services. Services may vary based on client needs, programme type, and regulatory requirements (e.g. SETA, QCTO, or SAQA compliance).
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older, or have consent from a legal guardian, to enrol in a course or programme. Certain programmes may require South African citizenship, employment status, or other criteria for participation and claimability under B‑BBEE.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Use Learn’s platform and content for lawful purposes only
Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
Complete any required course assessments or submissions truthfully
Maintain the confidentiality of your login details (if applicable)
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are stated in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing and may include upfront payment, instalments, or third-party sponsorships.
No refunds will be issued once a programme has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Accreditation and Certification
Only programmes explicitly marked as QCTO or SETA-accredited are recognised for formal credits. Certificates of Completion or Statements of Results will be issued upon successful participation and fulfilment of all requirements.
7. B‑BBEE Compliance Disclaimer
While we offer support and documentation to assist with B‑BBEE claims, Learn does not guarantee any specific outcome or point allocation. Final scoring depends on company-wide compliance, verification agency interpretation, and evidence submission.
8. Content Ownership
All materials provided by Learn — including presentations, videos, guides, and assessments — remain the intellectual property of Learn and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Learn is not liable for:
Loss of income, data, or opportunities as a result of course use or unavailability
Delays in certification caused by regulatory bodies
Any indirect, special, or consequential damages
Use of Learn's services is at your own risk.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any course or service if a user violates these Terms or engages in misconduct (e.g. plagiarism, abuse, fraud). No refunds will be issued in such cases.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising will be handled in South African courts.e posted here with a revised “Last updated” date.
